Okay….so, we live in this really great neighborhood that does AMAZING parties and get-togethers for our kids. This was St. Patricks Day …. it started out a little creepy
with Lucky the Leprechaun creeping through our hiking trails with his head down and face hidden… then he came up the stairs and all the kids started freaking out a littleAfter ripping off his cloak, there stood before us a weeeee little man
Reeve never let him get out of his sight. He didn’t trust him… Lucky sat and told stories and taught the kids the colors of the rainbow. It kind of drove me nuts how he did ROY G BIV (Red Orange Yellow Green Blue Indigo Violet, but he said Dark Blue then Purple….. We made Leprechaun Catchers… Once he got comfortable with him, he walked *near* him and said, “what’s your favorite color?” to him…it was so cute! he took a piece of candy from him….of course. He should’ve led with the candy so all the kids weren’t scared. Then we came home and made Leprechaun Pie (Oreo Pie with green food coloring). My boys LOVED it….
